Sei.li.nG target group

Short-term target group

Less qualified workers, early school leavers; low-wage workers; women; ethnic minorities; the less-educated. Many of these groups are already disadvantaged in other ways, and their education serves to exacerbate their socio-economic distance from the rest of civil society, and most especially their exclusion. Whilst education extends well beyond such groups, its impact is most keenly felt in these settings, making it a priority here. After its completion however, the training material, in all its forms, and the methodological tools associated with it, will be made available to any institution interested in its valorization.

Long-term target group

Less qualified workers, early school leavers in whole Europe. Institutions and Organisations, Companies seeking to help these people. Unemployed job seekers, job changers, users who have multiple barriers (addiction issues, long term unemployment, lack of education & training, literacy, single parenting).
